Small Modular Reactor
This project for Rolls-Royce involved taking a concept for a Small Modular Reactor – a proposed next-generation of nuclear power stations – and turning it into a LEGO model. The challenge here was that these reactors don’t yet exist in the real world! As such, the resulting model was an artistic interpretation of a few CGIs that exist out there.
The kit has 222 pieces and includes a removable roof to view a very rough interpretation of a reactor inside.
As usual with my custom kits, the end result includes a boxed set with all the parts and a printed instruction booklet. A custom tile at the front adds the finishing touch.
